I've started this blog so that I can keep track of the food I eat during the whole diet program and in a way - discipline and provide a motivator to my diet. Don't follow me and blame me if it doesn't work on you!!! I cannot guarantee that what I eat is correct and I'm still experimenting the diet. I've been on diet always and I tried many fab diet out there, be it South Beach Diet, Cabbage Diet, Atkins Diet, etc. Now, I'm embarking on a new journey of Dukan Diet. Wish me luck!
